The Pilates Reformer is the optimal apparatus for addressing both Foot and Hand grip strength across all ages. As a Balanced Body Educator, I continually see a deficit in attention to the detailed positioning of the feet and toes on the footbar, as well as the alignment of the hands, wrists, and fingers while holding the straps and footbar. In this workshop, we will learn how to emphasize and strengthen your Hands to Feet and ultimately your arms and legs, leading to improved posture, upper-body and lower-body strength and power, using the Reformer repertoire.
